How do I get started?Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form to schedule a free Initial Consultation through phone call or Zoom meeting — we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way to determine if our Firm may be a fit for your legal needs.
During an Initial Consultation, we’ll discuss your goals in representation, the details of your case, and potential strategies. Our office will also provide an overview of billing and invoicing practices for representation. Family law matters are often client’s first exposure to hiring an attorney so we want to ensure a thorough discussion of what representation entails.
How much will this cost?Unfortunately, we’re not able to predict in advance the specific amount of work necessary or an anticipated cost of any necessary litigation. While we endeavor to work efficiently and keep costs at a minimum we also only have control of a portion of the process - the Opposing Party’s behavior is often a significant driver of cost. The goal of every effort is to ensure that the Client’s goals are achieved in economical manner.
